City Bank & Trust (citybankandtrust.com) is proud to announce the official groundbreaking of its new headquarters, a key milestone that reflects the bank’s ongoing dedication to serving the financial needs of residents and businesses in Nebraska. The ceremonial event took place Friday at the future site of the headquarters at 40th and Yankee Hill, attended by City Bank & Trust executives, local officials and community members. The new state-of-the-art facility is designed to offer expanded services, enhanced convenience, and innovative banking solutions to the growing community.

“We are thrilled to break ground on our new location in Lincoln,” said Sawyer Collingsworth, of City Bank & Trust. “This investment demonstrates our commitment to supporting local economic development and providing our customers with the best banking experience possible.”

Dundee Bank provided construction financing, while Hausmann Construction is responsible for building the new City Bank & Trust location. The facility is expected to open in 2027.
