Construction Begins on Fallbrook Rowhouses Designed by Peace Studio Architects
Construction recently began for a new community of rowhouses designed by Peace Studio Architects (www.peacestudioarch.com), with construction work being conducted by Blake Builders. The unfinished rowhouses are located in the Fallbrook neighborhood, near the town center. Construction of the rowhouses is expected to take approximately one year. Units are being sold by Dede Mau and Holly Buss of Woods Brothers Realty.
Each style of rowhouse will feature a different size and design. Outside units will have side facing windows and a deck. The interior rowhouses will have an actual outdoor courtyard with inside-only access, making them especially unique. Select units will feature juliette balconies. The houses will hold an average of three to four bedrooms with a potential for five in some of the larger units.
