Cornhusker Bank Institutes Emerging Leader Program

Cornhusker Bank (www.CornhuskerBank.com) recently launched an Emerging Leader Program. The program was created in-house to utilize the bank’s operating model, beliefs, and values, with an emphasis on servant leadership. The robust curriculum includes MBA and PhD level content and is applicable to all levels of emerging leaders throughout the bank.

Barry Lockard, Cornhusker Bank president noted, “The Emerging Leader Program is one of the premiere programs Cornhusker Bank offers to selected candidates to help them grow professionally and personally as a leader. I believe individuals in the program will benefit from their key learnings and outcomes in the program, which will translate to benefits bank-wide.”

“Cornhusker Bank is committed to investing in the growth of our associates and I am thrilled about the opportunity Cornhusker Bank is creating for candidates accepted into the Emerging Leader Program,” reported Sherla Post, SVP, HR/Talent Management. The inaugural class accepted into the program includes Rob Bethel, Matt Biggs, Matthew Brase, Taylor Jensen, Amanda Larabee, Ginger Malousek, and Emily Steinhoff.
