Cowboy Chicken Goes Pink in October, Gears Up for Holidays

Cowboy Chicken (www.cowboychicken.com) is proud to support breast cancer awareness during the month of October with its 2nd Annual Cowboy Up: Real Men Wear Pink initiative! All month long, pink ribbons will be available for purchase at Cowboy Chicken to honor survivors and the memory of those who have lost the battle. Also, you’re invited to join Cowboy Chicken for a special fundraising event on Thursday, October 19th from 5-9 p.m. Dine in, order carry out or delivery and Cowboy Chicken will donate 20% of all proceeds from the day’s sales to the American Cancer Society along with all funds raised from the sale of the pink ribbons!

These are both affiliated with the efforts of the Lincoln/Lancaster County chapter of Real Men Wear Pink. Last year the organization raised over $55,000, and the goal is to exceed that this year! There will be many opportunities to support local events throughout the month, so make to watch for more announcements coming soon!

Also, reservations for Cowboy Chicken’s Wood Fire Rotisserie Turkeys and Holiday Packages are now being accepted for your upcoming holiday dinners! Orders can be placed online at www.cowboychicken.com, at the Lincoln restaurant, or by phone at (402) 420-0153.
