FNIC Announces Acquisition of Kollmorgen Benefits, Inc.

FNIC (fnicgroup.com) has acquired Kollmorgen Benefits, Inc. (KBI), a Lincoln-based employee benefits agency that has served clients throughout Nebraska for more than 30 years. After the passing of founder Kyle Kollmorgen, FNIC worked closely with the Kollmorgen family to ensure continued service and support for KBI clients while preserving the agency’s legacy.

The acquisition brings together two established Nebraska organizations with deep roots in the Lincoln community. With a long history of serving businesses, families and individuals throughout the region, FNIC looks forward to building on KBI’s strong foundation, honoring the impact Kyle made and continuing to support businesses and employees throughout Lincoln and beyond.
