Bruce Cannon, Godfather’s Pizza franchisee for the Lincoln market, officially acquired the existing Godfather’s Pizza facility, located at 5220 S. 48th St., on April 1. Last month also marked Bruce’s one-year anniversary as franchise owner of the 33rd and O St. location. “The Godfather” himself, Godfather’s Pizza’s famous commercial character, spent all day on April 27 at this location to celebrate the milestone. He really enjoyed signing autographs, taking pictures, handing out orders, and even making some deliveries! The Godfather also found some extra time to make an appearance at 48th St. location. A great time was had by all who got to meet him, shake his hand, and celebrate Godfather’s Pizza in Lincoln!
