Kevin Knudson and Jay Donaldson of Greenfield’s Cafe, have announced the addition of a well-seasoned food professional in John Coffey as a Managing Partner. John brings decades of restaurant experience to Greenfield’s and has been helping Jay develop new and varied recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. John has also been instrumental in developing and training the staff to create a fun and casual environment.
Greenfield’s Cafe has become Lincoln’s “hometown” favorite over the past three years serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Greenfield’s Peanut Butter burger was recently voted one of the “Top 10 Burgers” in Nebraska by the Nebraska Beef Council.
