Greta’s Gourmet and Butcher Shop is proud to announce that their deli sandwiches are now available at The Mill, located at 48th and Prescott in College View. The offering available at The Mill includes favorites such as smoked chicken salad sandwich, ham capicola and salami sandwich, roasted beef and brie sandwich, and a vegetarian sandwich. To go along with the sandwiches, there are sides such as Italian pasta salad, Mediterranean quinoa salad, marinated veggie salad and veggies with a hummus dip.

Shalla Powell Mandigo and Kevin Mandigo founded their business with an emphasis on family values, exceptional quality, and a friendly atmosphere. Shalla is a LeCordon Bleu trained Chef,  who has worked in venues such as Pebble Beach Club XIX in Pebble Beach, CA, Wilderness Ridge and the Nebraska Club. She also ran her own personal Chef-Catering business here in Lincoln for four years. Kevin has a B.S. in Foodservice and Hospitality Administration from UNL and has worked in the restaurant industry for 22 years. His resume includes Managing Partner at Granite City Food & Brewery, Manager at Famous Dave’s and General Manager at The Garden Cafe & Bakery.
