Greta’s Gourmet and Butcher Shop, Deli and Catering is very excited to announce that they have partnered with Hidden Valley Golf Club as their exclusive banquet caterer, offering a wide selection of hand-crafted foods .  Greta’s Gourmet will coordinate all aspects of the catering events for groups of 40-200 persons, including tastings of the various items, making sure all details are arranged to exceed your expectations.   Shalla Powell Mandigo and Kevin Mandigo founded their business with an emphasis on family values, exceptional quality, and a friendly atmosphere. Shalla is a LeCordon Bleu trained Chef,  who has worked in venues such as Pebble Beach Club XIX in Pebble Beach, CA, Wilderness Ridge and the Nebraska Club. She also ran her own personal Chef-Catering business here in Lincoln for four years. Kevin has a B.S. in Foodservice and Hospitality Administration from UNL and has worked in the restaurant industry for 22 years. His resume includes Managing Partner at Granite City Food & Brewery, Manager at Famous Dave’s and General Manager at The Garden Cafe & Bakery.
