Greta’s Gourmet recently took over the grill at Hidden Valley Golf Club, located at 10501 Pine Lake Road in Lincoln. Having served as the club’s caterer for more than a year this was the natural next step for the popular local eatery. The menu, which is available on Greta’s Gourmet website (gretasgourmetfood.com
), is a mix of appetizers, burgers, sandwiches and wraps that highlight the company’s specialty—fresh sliced and carved gourmet meats. At $7 or less, prices are also very reasonable. Hours at the Hidden Valley Grill by Greta’s Gourmet are Monday through Friday from 3 to 9 p.m., Saturday from 3 to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 3 to 6 p.m. Golfers and/or diners showing up before 3 p.m. also have the choice to purchase one of Greta Gourmet’s premade box lunches, which includes a sandwich, homemade jerky, chips and more.
