Every spring and fall, the Home Builders Association of Lincoln (HBAL) (hbal.org) organizes a Parade of Homes for the public, offering potential home buyers a unique opportunity to walk through new homes and meet the builders.
From Sunday, May 10 through Sunday, May 17, homes will be open weeknights from 5 to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
The event is free and features local home building companies at various locations around Lincoln. Attendees can download the official “Lincoln NE Parade of Homes” app to easily view details about each home, access driving directions and browse the online guidebook — all in one convenient place.
The 2026 Spring Parade guidebook is now available on the HBAL website, hbal.org.
The Home Builders Association of Lincoln is celebrating 75 years of strengthening Lincoln’s housing industry.
