The OnCon Icon Awards honor HR teams that have made a considerable impact on their organizations, contributed to the HR community through thought leadership, shown innovation in their projects and demonstrated exceptional leadership.
Honorees are selected through applications, nominations, and independent research, with fi nal placement determined by public vote. Rankings, including the Top 50, Top 10, and HR Team of the Year, will be announced virtually on October 27, at the OnCon Icon Awards ceremony.
