Union Bank & Trust (UBT) (ubt.com) is proud to announce the newest business taking over the Small Business Pop-up Shop. My Big Fat Greek Bakery, owned by Fay Deligiannis-Worstell, will take residence in Union Bank Place from January through the end of April, selling a variety of authentic Greek baked goods. Fay was born and raised in Lincoln and graduated from Southeast High School. She’s worked in home health for the past several years, and recently decided to leave the corporate world to pursue her dream of bakery ownership. She’s joined in the kitchen by her mother, Stami, another locally famous Greek baker.

Accepting special orders and catering events in addition to a wide variety of fresh-baked goods at the pop-up shop, Fay can also provide authentic Greek cuisine for large catering gigs. Her hours at the pop-up shop will be: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. In addition to purchasing directly from her at Union Bank Place, you can also order from her website: mybigfatgreekbakery.com

UBT provides the pop-up shop free of charge for four-month terms to the bank’s Small Business customers who want to try out a brick- and-mortar setup. Interested businesses can apply at ubt.com/union-bank-place.
