The Lincoln Chamber of Commerce (lcoc.com) will host its 2026 Annual Meeting on March 24, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Pinnacle Bank Arena. Hundreds of Chamber members and community leaders will be in attendance as the organization recognizes recent accomplishments made possible by its valued members and looks ahead to Lincoln’s continued growth.
Featured keynote speaker Ndamukong Suh brings a unique blend of athletic achievement, engineering knowledge, and business leadership. A Super Bowl champion, entrepreneur, and investor, Suh has competed in 13 NFL seasons as an All-Pro defensive lineman and earned a championship ring in Super Bowl LV with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Drafted second overall in the 2010 NFL Draft by the Detroit Lions, his career also included time with the Miami Dolphins, Los Angeles Rams, and Philadelphia Eagles.
Beyond football, Suh’s primary business focus is real estate, which makes up the largest portion of his investment portfolio. For more than a decade, he has invested in and developed properties across the United States, with an emphasis on multi-family housing and expanding access to attainable living options.
His passion for community-centered development is reflected through his role as Partner in HMS Development, a company focused on mixed-use projects designed to strengthen neighborhoods. Current initiatives include Alberta Alley, a diversity-minded development supporting Black business owners and business owners of color, and an in-progress attainable housing project that will provide affordable and workforce housing for young professionals.
The Chamber’s Annual Meeting offers an opportunity to celebrate progress, connect with peers, and gain insight from one of today’s most dynamic business leaders.
