Lincoln Children’s Museum Hosts Ribbon Cutting for New Kazoo’s U-Stop Café

On Saturday, March 7, the Lincoln Children’s Museum (lincolnchildrensmuseum.org) and Lincoln Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the museum’s new Kazoo’s U-Stop Café. The café will have a variety of food items for purchase, including pizza, hotdogs, chicken nuggets, pretzel bites, coffee and juices, and more. The first 100 people to come celebrate the new café received a free cookie plus the opportunity to take part in a taste test that will help the museum decide what should be on the menu next.

Lincoln Children’s Museum has over 40 exhibits with three floors and 23,000 square feet of hands-on interactive exhibit space. They want to empower children to create, discover, and learn with the power of play. The museum feels strongly that play is every child’s most important job because it’s how they learn to work with other people and stimulate their sense of creativity.
