Lincoln SCORE to Host What’s Involved in Starting a Small Business Workshop June 12

Lincoln SCORE (lincoln.score.org) and Southeast Community College (SCC) have teamed up to host a workshop titled What’s Involved in Starting a Small Business, on Saturday, June 12, 8:15 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the SCC Entrepreneurship Center, 285 S 68th St. Place, Room 214. Have an idea for a business? Just launched your business? Been in business for a while but wondering how to grow? This workshop provides an overview of all the things you need to be planning for and thinking about to create a successful business:

  • Legal Structures for Small Business
  • Marketing—”traditional” and online
  • Insurance Needs
  • Tax Considerations

All sessions are taught by an expert in that field! Get your specific question answered by a pro. Anyone is welcome to attend. Cost is only $49 and includes lunch!
