McKinney’s Irish Pub along with the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce hosted a Ribbon Cutting ceremony to mark the opening of their business on Thursday, April 10. McKinney’s Irish Pub opened in November in the old Salvation Army building at Eighth and P Streets, next door to Rodizio Grill. McKinney’s offers a large selection of craft beer, 20 of which are on tap, and 35 different Irish whiskeys. They are open daily at 11 am and the kitchen hours are 11 am-9 pm. McKinney’s menu features specialty items such as Shepard’s Pie, Corned Beef and Cabbage, and Bangers and Mash.  Get all your pre-game action with them when they offer their Game Day Specials, which include Rib Tips in their signature Jameson BBQ Sauce served with coleslaw and spiral fries or Murphy’s Red braised BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich with your choice of side.
