Mckinney’s Irish Pub will now be offering a selection of craft beers from local favorite Blue Blood Brewing Company, including its very own exclusive craft beer which recently made its debut on October 1st – Mckinney’s Pub Ale. Mckinney’s Pub Ale’s vibrant color comes from 40 lovibond caramel malts and a hint of roasted barley, and its flavor profile also includes sweetness from caramel malts as well as a bready/nuttiness from its high percentage of Victory malt. Aroma and finish are impacted by Irish yeast characteristics, with a low to moderate hop profile. Mckinney’s is also currently serving seasonal Ethan’s Stout which will be on tap while supplies last!
Mckinney’s Irish Pub is nestled in the heart of the Historic Haymarket in the old Salvation Army building at 8th and P Streets, right next door to Rodizio Grill.
