MoMo Pizzeria to Host Fifth Annual Pooches on the Patio Parking Lot Party August 29
MoMo Pizzeria & Ristorante (momospizzeria.com) will be crawling with canines on August 29 for their Fifth annual Pooches on the Patio fundraiser. The event is slated for 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at MoMo, 7701 Pioneers Blvd., and all proceeds will benefit the Capital Humane Society. So, take your pups to the parking-lot party to enjoy food, fun, and safe social distancing, followed by a fun run/walk filled with treats for all pups and parents. The fun walk kicks off from MoMo at 11:30 a.m., and all participants will receive a food/drink voucher as well as a variety of other treats. The parking lot also will be filled with dog-friendly vendors and safe, social-distancing activities.
The Capital Humane Society operates the Pieloch Pet Adoption Center and their Admissions & Assessment Center. Their adoption center, at 6500 S 70th St., handles adoptions and humane education, while their Admissions & Assessment Center takes in lost and surrendered animals for testing and reclaims.
