National Association of Women in Construction Posts Upcoming Event Schedule
The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) (www.nawicomaha.com) Greater Omaha Chapter #116 holds its monthly meeting on the second Thursday of each month. Meeting times and activities are as follows:
- May 14 at 3:30 p.m. — Construction Education Course at UNO Durham School
- June 11 at TBD — Event TBD
- July 9 at 7 p.m. — NAWIC Companies “Commercial Break”
- August 13 at 4 p.m. —Tradeworks presentation
- September 10 from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. — Volunteering with Habitat Builder’s Blitz
- October 8 at 4 p.m. — Pumpkins & Power Tools
- November 12 at 3 p.m. — Wellness/Work-Life Balance seminar
- December 10 at 11:30 — Potluck lunch and gift-wrapping member’s donations for charity
In addition, the NAWIC/CFMA Golf Outing has been slated for August 11, kicking off at 11 a.m. at The Club at Indian Creek.
