NAWIC Recaps August Golf Tournament
The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC, www.nawicomaha.com) Greater Omaha Chapter 116 and the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) held their 2021 golf tournament on August 24 at Indian Creek Golf Course. Two hundred and twelve golfers enjoyed the sellout event, and all proceeds received are used to support construction industry events and educational opportunities, including scholarships. NAWIC is in the middle of a five-year goal to fund endowed scholarships at Metropolitan Community College, The University of Nebraska System, Southeast Community College, and Wayne State.
