Aging isn’t about giving up the things you love—it’s about discovering new ways to enjoy life. Nebraska Savvy Seniors invites anyone interested in healthy aging to attend its free September Empowerment Seminar, “50 Shades of Gray Hair: The Fun Side of Healthy Aging.”

This engaging and uplifting seminar will explore the lighter side of growing older while providing practical information to help attendees live healthier and happier. Participants will hear from trusted local experts on staying physically active, maintaining brain health, building meaningful relationships, finding purpose in retirement and making the most of every stage of life.
“We spend so much time talking about the challenges of aging that we sometimes forget to celebrate the opportunities,” said Alicia Chrastil, founder of Nebraska Savvy Seniors.
