Do you find yourself spending too much time at work focusing on problems rather than solutions? Explore the Leadership Institute at Nebraska Wesleyan. Through seminars, certificate and degree programs, NWU faculty will prepare you to think differently about the challenges you face every day.
Seminars for individuals or groups vary in length and leadership topics. NWU can customize these non-credit offerings for corporations, nonprofits and small businesses. Seminars are held at NWU facilities in Lincoln and Omaha, or at your workplace.
Certificates are designed to improve organizational and professional leadership skills. Certificate programs are offered throughout the year in eight-week sessions that meet one night per week. NWU offers four leadership certificates, with credit or non-credit options.
Earning a degree
from Nebraska Wesleyan gives you the most in-depth leadership training. Choose from:
• Master of Business Administration
• Master of Business Administration/Master of Science in Nursing joint degree
• Bachelor of Science in organizational leadership and communication
• Bachelor of Science in business administration
