Neemann & Sons Roofing Acquires Sprague Roofing for Commercial Services

Terry and Chris Neemann of Neemann & Sons, Inc. (www.neemannandsons.com) acquired Sprague Roofing on October 31. Sprague Roofing Company has been serving the eastern Nebraska area offering commercial, industrial, low-slope roofing, and repair services. Founded by Bob and Mary Ann Sprague in 1961 and continued operations under their son, Greg, since 1979. Greg has been a leader in the commercial roofing industry and president of the MRCA.

Terry and Chris Neemann started their residential roofing company in 1981. As their family and business grew, they incorporated changing their name to Neemann & Sons, Inc. They have since added additional services such as gutters, siding, and windows. The Neemann’s have three sons involved in the business: Travis, Trevor, and Trent. Each plays an important role in the business.

The Neemann’s are excited to offer an extended range of services with their acquisition of Sprague Roofing Company. Their commercial company will continue to operate under the name Sprague Roofing, a division of Neemann & Sons. Their residential company will continue to offer exterior services of roofing, gutters, siding, and windows.
