New Mexican Restaurant El Potro Now Open in Lincoln

Lincoln’s newest Mexican restaurant, El Potro, recently took over the former Pizza Hut building at the intersection of 10th and Calvert Streets. The space had been vacant for over two years, and is now serving up delicious Mexican cuisine to locals. The establishment is owned by two local families with over 40 years of combined experience in the restaurant industry.
El Potro’s extensive menu has a variety of mouthwatering Mexican dishes at reasonable prices. They offer Mexico originals, specialty dishes, fajitas, burritos and enchiladas, salads and soups, and a unique Gulf of Mexico section for shrimp and crab lovers. On Tuesdays customers can dine in at El Potro for all you can eat tacos for only $8.99. Their recently obtained liquor license also means that customers can now enjoy a margarita with their meal!

El Potro has already received many rave reviews not only for their food, but for their exceptional and quick customer service.
