Sebastian’s Table, located at 126 N. 14th Street, is a new local Tapas restaurant with Spanish influences that opened on September 2nd.  Being born and raised in Lincoln, the owners and chefs at Sebastian’s Table share a sense of pride bringing a bigger city restaurant to a smaller city, and their menu is inspired by the food they have eaten around the world. Their goal is to use their passion and refined cooking to surprise guests with sensational flavors in each dish.  Sebastian’s Table is the newest offering from Ground Up Restaurants, which began a few years ago as a business with plans to establish a stronghold of restaurants that would bring honesty and spontaneity to the Lincoln dining scene.  Their mission is based in their love of good food, good people, and doing things the right way—not the easy way.
