Omaha Fashion Week Kicks Off Fall 2019 Season with New Lineup of Designers
Dates are set, designers have been selected, and Omaha Fashion Week (OFW) (www.omahafashionweek.com) is thrilled to invite you to be a part of their upcoming season of fashion and glamour, taking place August 18–24 at the Omaha Design Center. New designers have been added to the lineup, which can be found on the OFW’s website, along with the complete event schedule for the week.
This season of OFW kicks off on Sunday, August 18 with The Aisle showcase, featuring Omaha’s premier bridal salons and fashion. Shawcases for the rest of the week include: Tuesday, August 20—TERRA Emerging Designer Showcase; Wednesday, August 21—AURA Emerging Designer Showcase; Thursday, August 22—IGNIS Featured Designer Showcase; Friday, August 23—AETHER Featured Designer Showcase; Saturday, August 24—VIP Runway Finale and After Party; and Sunday morning, August 25—Shop the Runway.
New this year, guests are invited to party like never before at OFW’s bubbly after party at The Empire Room following the VIP Runway Finale on Saturday, August 24, from 10 p.m. to midnight. There will be fizzy drinks, fluffy cotton candy, music, bubbles, and a chance to take a dip in the ball pit pool! The Empire Room is a new luxury event space in Midtown Crossing, bringing fun and elegance together right in the heart of the city.
Omaha Fashion Week has proudly grown into the nation’s fifth largest fashion event, supporting more independent fashion designers than any other organization in the region.
