“I opened Paris Banh Mi because I am deeply passionate about Vietnamese cuisine and proud of the culture it represents,” said Nguyen. “Growing up, food was more than just something to eat — it was how family, tradition, and hard work were passed down.”
Nguyen believes Vietnamese food tells a story of balance, freshness, and care, and wanted to bring that experience to the community in a modern, welcoming way.
Paris Banh Mi allows Nguyen to honor traditional Vietnamese flavors while also introducing them to people who may be trying them for the first time.
