The Impact Awards Ceremony, presented by the Lincoln Haymarket Development Corporation, took place during the Downtown Lincoln Summit on October 9. Now in its second year, this event is designed to educate the community on urban trends, recognize downtown’s champions, and most importantly, celebrate another impactful year with downtown residents, employees, and visitors.
The Significant Development category is a special one that recognizes renovations, improvements, or new developments that have added value to the property, enhanced the surrounding area, increased visibility, and may be a catalyst for other investment.
“Because Design Matters” is a very important motto of Peace Studio Architects. Design matters in various aspects of architecture, ranging from the built environment to making the community better. It makes more economic sense to invest in well-designed spaces.
