On Saturday, March 28, from noon to 2 p.m., the Raptor Conservation Alliance will be hosting a class on raptors at Ryan’s Market (ryansmkt.com), located at 5720 Johanna Rd.
Established in 1976, the Raptor Conservation Alliance is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the care, rehabilitation, and conservation of raptors in Nebraska. With over 45 years of experience, RCA has rescued and treated more than 14,000 raptors, striving to return them to the wild whenever possible. The organization also maintains several non-releasable raptors as educational ambassadors to promote public awareness and support for raptor conservation. You can learn more about Raptor Recovery Nebraska at rcabirds.org. This event is open to the public for an up-close encounter with raptors, presented by Raptor Conservation Alliance.
