Who administers such a successful company? Chairman and CEO, Norm Miller. But once Norm’s life was thoroughly miserable because he was, in his words, “caught up in a life-wrecking compulsion.” It was during that time, he woke one morning, sick and ashamed; he realized he wasn’t the person he wanted to be. He realized the toll his addiction was taking on his life. He knew he had to change. But how?
