SCORE Lincoln to Present Small Business Workshop April 9

SCORE Lincoln (www.lincoln.score.org), the local chapter of the nation’s largest network of expert business mentors, will be offering a workshop titled “What’s Involved in Starting a Small Business” on Saturday, April 9, from 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The workshop will take place at the Southeast Community College Continuing Education Center, located at 301 S 68th St. Place. The workshop covers different topics essential for any small business to start and to grow. Topics include business plans, practical accounting, financing your business, legal structures, traditional and online marketing, insurance needs, and tax considerations. All sessions are taught by an expert in the related field, so come get your questions answered by a pro. The full day only costs $49 and includes a boxed lunch.
