Scratch Bowling Returns to Sun Valley Lanes

Mark your calendar because scratch bowling is set to return to Sun Valley Lanes (www.sunvalleylanes.com) on September 23! This draft-style league will consist of three eight-week sessions on Monday nights at 7 p.m. The cost will be $20 per week. The league is limited to the first 30 bowlers to register, and there’s only a handful of spots left. Every eight weeks, bowlers get assigned a new team based on rankings.

Bowlers will be ranked 1–30 by average score. There will be ‘A’, ‘B’, and ‘C’ rankings for the 30 participants. The top 10 will be classified as ‘A’ bowlers and act as captains that will draft from the ‘B’ and ‘C’ pool of bowlers, to form three-member teams. This will be a match point style league, with bowlers earning points within their division and for their team. Payouts for each division and team standings will be awarded every eight weeks.
