Sellstate Performance Realty Celebrates New Office with Carpe Diem Team

Sellstate Performance Realty celebrated its recent move to an office in the Trade Center at 6201 S. 58th St., STE C, with a ribbon cutting on January 11, sponsored by its Carpe Diem Team (carpediemre.com) and hosted by the Lincoln Independent Business Association (LIBA).

Sellstate’s Carpe Diem Team was created last year by team leader Tim Bayne, who has a vision, desire, and heart to help educate and empower buyers and sellers from many different backgrounds. Lincoln and the surrounding areas have a rich community of refugees and immigrants who have the dream and ability to be homeowners, but many don’t have an agent who can help them completely understand the process due to language and cultural barriers. So, Carpe Diem Team was created to be a resource and support for these buyers and sellers, currently with three bilingual partners.

These multi-talented members include Spanish-speaker Marjorie Olivo, Arabic-speaker Safaa Mohammad Almotawa, and Vietnamese-speaker Anthony Vo. The other members of the team are Lauren Bayne, Tim Bayne, and Jessica Kelling, who specialize in everything from first-time homebuyers and sellers to new builds and investment properties.
