Senior Helpers of Southeast Nebraska (seniorhelpers.com/ne/lincoln) is making a strong impact this summer through local events, sponsorships and partnerships that promote in-home senior care and community connection.
At the Seward County Fair from July 24-27, visitors enjoyed a Plinko game with candy prizes and entered daily drawings for $50 gift cards to local favorites like Capital Cigar Lounge, Piedmont Bistro, Bottle Rocket Brewing Company and La Cocina. Owner, Lacy Woolsey, was on-site to answer questions and share resources.
Coffee Socials at Harbor Coffee House on July 8 and July 31 offered free drinks from 9 to 11 a.m., courtesy of Senior Helpers. A Rootbeer Float Social at CountryHouse Residence on July 25 treated residents and staff to sweet refreshments, served by owner, Alyssa Bartels-Wesemann.
During the 2025 race season, Senior Helpers is sponsoring Eagle Raceway’s Driver Draw/Redraw, awarding $100 to the driver with the worst redraw position. The company also announces a new partnership with Capital Cigar Lounge.
“I depended on non-medical senior care for my mother,” said Coowner Tony Goins. “This partnership with Senior Helpers of Southeast Nebraska supports our shared commitment to the community and high-quality senior care.”
