Every spring, Sip Nebraska brings together a passionate community of local wine, craft beer, spirits, cider, and their fans to celebrate Nebraska’s beverage industry. Crepe Café (crepe-cafe.com) is one of Sip Nebraska’s featured trucks.

Crepe Café began with owner Paul Larsen, a U.S. Air Force and Army veteran. He believes his greatest talent is being helpful and serving others, bringing light to the community he has built.

With a wide selection of craft beers, cocktails and artisans, there is something for every craving at Sip Nebraska. Try small batched distilled spirits from local vendors and end every sip with a crepe from Crepe Café.

With a selection of savory and sweet options, the food is one thing, Paul is another. His genuine kindness is shown through interactions with customers and the love he puts into the food.

Sip Nebraska featured wine tastings, live music, craft beer and spirits tasting, food, artisan and craft vendors.
Until and after Sip Nebraska, Crepe Café can be found at Twister Turn, located at 2101 W Van Dorn St., operating during its regular days and hours.
