Solid Rock Gymnastics Announces Summer 2021 Camp Dates
Solid Rock Gymnastics (www.solidrockgymnastics.com), the modern two-gym facility at Van Dorn and Highway 77, has announced the dates for their 2021 summer camps: May 24–May 27, June 21–June 24, and July 19–July 22. There are full- and half-day options, with beginner to advanced and team levels for boys and girls to choose from. Open to the public, these camps are led by a gymnastics instructor and mix together fun activities and crafts. There is an early-bird discount available (six weeks before camp starts). These camps are an amazing opportunity to stay active and engaged this summer.
Solid Rock Gymnastics has been in business for over 25 years! They boast a clean, air conditioned, 17,000-square-foot building filled with two floor areas, 12 balance beams of various heights, seven class bars, three regulation uneven bar sets, two channel bars, two pit bars, three in-ground trampolines, a rod floor, two full vault runways, and much more. The Solid Rock staff prides themselves on keeping current with new training tools and stations. They keep their equipment in great condition to ensure the best and safest training possible. The Junior Gym at Solid Rock is filled with junior-sized gymnastics equipment to accommodate the small hands and feet of children. It provides a safer learning environment compared to putting young children onto regulation sized equipment and under foot of athletes in the main gym.
