SpringPad (springpadconnect.com), the coworking and warehouse facility at 1301 Garret Lane in south Lincoln, celebrated its grand opening on Wednesday, Sept. 23, with a Lincoln Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting and an open house that welcomed more than 100 guests from the Lincoln business community.
Guests toured the building’s private offices, Team Rooms, dedicated desks and Hot Desks, along with its bookable meeting rooms. The tour also included SpringPad’s private, secured warehouse bays, a pairing rarely available alongside coworking in the Lincoln market, which lets businesses store inventory, equipment or records at the same address where they work.
SpringPad serves freelancers, remote workers, independent professionals and small companies that have outgrown a home office but are not ready for a commercial lease. Agreements are available month to month or on six and twelve month terms.
