SpringPad (springpadconnect.com), a new coworking and warehouse facility at 1301 Garret Lane, is now open in south Lincoln, offering private offices, meeting rooms and secure warehouse storage at a single address.
The space was built for freelancers, remote workers, independent professionals and small companies that have outgrown a home office but are not ready to sign a commercial lease. Members choose from furnished and unfurnished private offi ces, mezzanine suites, dedicated desks and Hot Desks, with four meeting rooms available for hosting clients and teams.
SpringPad also offers private, secured warehouse bays, a pairing rarely available alongside coworking in the Lincoln market. Businesses storing inventory, equipment or records can keep them at the same address where they work, rather than driving across town to a storage unit.
Additional amenities include a front desk staffed on weekdays, a full kitchen, an outdoor patio, and virtual offi ce and business address plans for companies that need a professional presence without dedicated space. Agreements are available month to month, or on six and twelve month terms.
