Sun Valley Lanes & Games (sunvalleylanes.com) is proud to announce the return of two highly-anticipated annual bowling tournaments, the Ultra Doubles and Capital City Matchgames. The weekend of tournaments will start off with the Ultra Doubles tournament at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 18. The following day, Sunday, November 19, at 9 a.m., the Capital City Matchgames will begin. Tournament registration is available at www.sunvalleylanes.com/tournaments and admission for spectators is free.
These events are set to draw top-tier amateur bowlers not only from the local area, but also from neighboring states. Competitors will compete for the first-place titles and cash prizes, with $1,200 going to the winners of the Ultra Doubles and $2,000 for the winner of the Capital City Matchgames. In addition, if a participant is able to win both tournaments, they will earn a $1,000 bonus, courtesy of Action Plumbing.
This year marks the fifth edition of the Ultra Doubles and the 38th Capital City Matchgames, both sponsored by Sun Valley Lanes & Games, Action Plumbing and Lincoln Winnelson Company.
