The Chocolate Season Releases New Waffle Menu for Waffle Weekends
The Chocolate Season (TCS, www.thechocolateseason.com) has launched a new waffle menu for their Waffle Weekends, held Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. This new menu includes seven different waffle options: The Baconator, a waffle stuffed with bacon and topped with whipped salted butter and sugared pecans; Strawberry Nutella, a buttermilk waffle topped with Nutella, strawberries, and vanilla ice cream; Street Corn, a waffle with roasted corn, aromatics, jalapeno, bacon, signature spicy aioli sauce, and cotija cheese; S’mores, a waffle filled with chocolate chips and topped with crushed graham, marshmallow cream, a milk chocolate ganache, and a marshmallow; Margherita Pizza, a mozzeralla-stuffed waffle topped with marinara, roasted tomatoes, basil chiffonade, and parmesan; Key Lime Pie, a waffle featuring homemade lime curd, cookie crust crumble, lime zested shortbread, and whipped cream; and finally, The Classic, TCS’s original homemade buttermilk waffle topped with whipped salted butter.
