Transworld Business Advisors of Lincoln (tworld.com/Lincoln) Senior Broker MJ Cassner and Broker Christine Dwinell represented buyers and sellers for the sale of eight more businesses in Lincoln and the region between April and November of 2020.
Thanks to their efforts, Ernesto Pineda in April became the owner of El Mejor Mexican Restaurant at 3111 NW 12th St. near the airport. In July, Tunde and Mopelola Bankole became the new owners of Cici’s Pizza at 5100 N 27th St. A Place to Grow, a child development center located at 4920 N 26th St., was acquired by Erma Bush in August. In the same month, two Harbor Coffeehouse locations, at Piedmont Plaza and downtown, were bought by Bobby Bevins. In September, Kevin Kiefer became the new owner of Kitchen Tune Up, which is a home-remodeling business located in the Tri-Cities. Most recently, Transworld brokered the sale of a subcontracting FedEx delivery business, and Amy and Matt Mick purchased Vanity Fur, an exclusive pet grooming boutique located at 1676 Van Dorn St.
