WISB to Host Meeting, Speaker at Venue Restaurant Wednesday, November 11
The next monthly meeting of the Women in Sales & Business (WISB, wisblincoln.org) is scheduled for Wednesday, November 11, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The meeting will be hosted at Venue Restaurant & Lounge in the Lancaster/Nebraska room, 4111 Pioneer Woods Dr., STE 100. The meeting will begin with their regular business meeting, followed by a presentation from Julie Reager, executive director for GirlPowR, which is the local nonprofit WISB chose to be the beneficiary of their philanthropy in the Lincoln community in 2020. Guests are welcome, and current members are encouraged to attend with a guest. The cost to attend in-person is $16 for members, including lunch, or $10 without lunch. It is FREE for first-time guests! All women attending the WISB meeting should be prepared to make a brief introduction of themselves and their business.
Women in Sales & Business began meeting in 1987 to offer businesswomen in Lincoln the opportunity to network within an all-female setting. Today, their goal is to encourage and develop creative leadership in women. They are dedicated to promoting their growth through the accumulation and sharing of knowledge and are always looking for new members to join their group!
