Care Consultants for the Aging is pleased to announce they are celebrating 20 years in business. Care Consultants for the Aging began in 1991 by Virginia Williams and Rose Ann Opperman. They were both trying to find help for their own parents and developed a home care registry and the ElderCare Resource Handbook.
Care Consultants for the Aging has helped thousands of people find qualified caregivers. Their home care registry screens and schedules caregivers who work directly for the families. They also have produced 18 ElderCare Resource Handbooks for the Omaha, Lincoln and Des Moines metro areas.
Since 1991, Care Consultants’ “mission is to provide the elderly and their adult children with assistance in achieving a continued independent living style. We seek to find and refer caregivers and other professionals that provide support services.”
