Carmela’s Bistro & Wine Bar (carmelasbistroandwinebar.com) is excited to announce that they have a brand new menu available for customers to enjoy during lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch. When you stop by Carmela’s Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., you’ll find delicious items including the Jackson Burger, Pig & Fig Pizza, Rangoon Pizza, Asian Ahi Tuna Wrap, and much, much more! The dinner menu comes out at 5 p.m. and features decadent entrees such as Poblano Salmon, a blackened wild salmon fillet with poblano cream sauce, blackened shrimp, risotto, and sautéed green beans; Chicken Juliette, a parmesan and panko chicken breast served with parmesan cream, spinach, marinated tomatoes, whipped potatoes, and garlic green beans; or the Surf & Turf, a sirloin and lobster tail served with hollandaise sauce, mashed potatoes, and a farmer’s market blend. Sunday Brunch begins at 10:30 a.m. on Sundays, and offers everything from sweet to savory – Sunrise Pizza, French Toast, Nebraska Omelet, Crab Cake Benedict, and many
more mouth-watering plates.

Carmela’s also offers a Date Night special on Monday and Tuesday evenings, in which two can dine for $50. The three-course offering also comes with a bottle of wine. Reservations are encouraged!
