COAHP Holds Annual Awards Meeting, Announces Recipients

The Coalition for Older Adult Health Promotion (COAHP) (www.lincolncoahp.com) held its annual awards meeting and luncheon on October 22. The featured speaker, Dr. Lawrence Chatters, senior associate athletic director for diversity, equity, and inclusion at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, started off the event with his presentation, “The Reality of Unconditional Love”. Following his presentation, 2021 award recipients were announced. Those honored include:

2021 Volunteer of the Year—Gayleen Bradley
2021 Volunteer Program of the Year—NeighborLNK
2021 Professional of the Year—Randy Bruns
Nominees for the 2021 Professional of the Year Award—Bede Bolin, Larry Gadeken, Kayla Schaf
