Emerson Trupp has been promoted to Front House Manager at DISH restaurant. Trupp has been a server and bartender at DISH since 2006. He is a native of Lincoln and graduated from Southeast High School. Trupp has past experience in the service industry with his work at Ideal Grocery. “Emerson and I have worked together for many years, and I am confident that he will help us continue to provide great service,” says owner and chef Travis Green.
