The Down Syndrome Association for Families (dsafnebraska.org) and the Lincoln RiteCare Clinic are excited to welcome community members and families to their annual Trunk or Treat event on Sunday, October 16. The event will take place at the Lincoln Scottish Rite Masonic Center (332 Centennial Mall South), from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
The event is free to the public, but freewill donations will be accepted and will go towards the RiteCare Clinic’s speech language services for families.
Volunteers are invited to decorate their trunks with their family, friends, or business. Prizes will be given out for best costume and best decorations. If you can’t host a trunk, you’re welcome to drop off bags of candy to the RiteCare Clinic. Contact Micah at micah@scottishriteomaha.org for information about volunteering.
