Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping moved its Pioneers location to the Meadowlane Shopping Center at 70th and Vine in December. Locally owned by Jeff and Nicole Essink, Farrell’s offers kickboxing, strength training, and Ten Week Challenge classes. Farrell’s also offers nutrition coaching and at-home workouts.
“We are very excited to become a part of the Meadowlane neighborhood,” Jeff Essink said. “Our mission is to help our members achieve their fitness goals, and we saw an opportunity to help an underserved part of the community with that.”
Farrell’s will start the new year with a Ten Week Challenge beginning on January 7, and registration is now open. The gym also offers several classes each day Monday through Saturday at both its new Meadowlane location and 3900 Yankee Hill Rd.
