Farris Engineering Welcomes Back Bruce Lassek as Senior Electrical Designer
In March, Bruce Lassek rejoined Farris Engineering (www.farris-usa.com) as a senior electrical designer, adding his 25+ years of experience to the team. Bruce earned his associates degree in architectural technology from Southeast Community College. Since then, he has been designing electrical systems for hospitals, malls, high-rise buildings, Air Force bases, and industrial type projects. At Farris Bruce will use this knowledge to create electrical plans for clients that fi t an individual project’s needs.
“I left Farris several years ago in search of something better. I found the grass is not always greener on the other side.” Bruce said. “Farris doesn’t have that corporate feeling. I feel like a valued employee and can use my expertise to not only bring life to spaces, but also develop future talent within the company.”
His idiom seems appropriate as Bruce enjoys working on his farm outside of Crescent, IA. There he raises several different animals – his favorite being his flock of sheep. Bruce also enjoys hunting, fishing, and most of all spending time with his family.
